Semi-Private Training
In a semi-private training session, you’ll get an individualized training program while working out with a 1-4 friends or like-minded people. This set up allows for great quality of training and high attention from your trainer, at a lower cost than personal training, and with the added motivation of working out with others.
Small Group Training Programs
