Service Description
Join our coached adult swim sessions designed to improve your front crawl technique, endurance, and overall efficiency in the water. Each class is led by a coach on deck providing real-time feedback, structured drills, and guided swim sets tailored to your level. Whether you're training for a triathlon or looking to refine your stroke and build distance, this class will help you swim smoother, faster, and with more confidence Dates: March 12th - April 9th Times: Thursdays 7:30- 8:30pm (5 sessions) Location: Boys & Girls Club Kingston (1300 Bath Road, inside Frontenac Mall) Investment: $100 + tax (includes pool entry, coaching and structured workout ) For more information or any questions please contact us at info@limitlessathleticsygk.com
Cancellation Policy
All programs are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable once the program has started. If you need to cancel before the program begins, you may request a full refund with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the start date. After the program begins: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or early withdrawal. If you experience an injury or emergency, please contact us directly to discuss potential credit toward future services. General Terms Clients must complete a waiver and health questionnaire before participating in classes, personal training, or programs. Limitless Athletics is not responsible for injuries incurred during training sessions or classes. We encourage clients to listen to their bodies and communicate with their coach. We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, trainers, or offerings as needed. Payment Policy * Payments for classes, packages, and training are due at the time of booking. * Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, e-transfer, and cash (where applicable). By purchasing the program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
